PENDAMPINGAN PENGELOLAAN MEDIA SOSIAL DINAS KOMINFO M ELALUI PROGRAM MAGANG MAHASISWA DI KABUPATEN BENGKAYANG

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mendorong instansi pemerintah untuk memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana penyebaran informasi publik. Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Bengkayang telah menggunakan media sosial untuk menyampaikan berbagai informasi kepada masyarakat, namun masih menghadapi beberapa kendala, seperti belum tersusunnya jadwal publikasi konten secara konsisten, keterbatasan ide konten kreatif, serta keterbatasan perangkat lunak pendukung pengelolaan media sosial. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendukung optimalisasi pengelolaan media sosial melalui program magang mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang dilaksanakan melalui tahapan identifikasi masalah, perencanaan, pelaksanaan pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama satu bulan dengan melibatkan mahasiswa dalam dokumentasi kegiatan, penyusunan konten, penulisan caption, peliputan, dan publikasi informasi digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengelolaan media sosial instansi. Konten yang dipublikasikan menjadi lebih terstruktur, tampilan informasi lebih menarik, serta mulai memperoleh respons dan interaksi dari masyarakat. Selain memberikan manfaat bagi instansi dalam meningkatkan kualitas penyebaran informasi publik, kegiatan ini juga memberikan pengalaman praktis bagi mahasiswa dalam bidang komunikasi digital dan pengelolaan media sosial. Dengan demikian, program pendampingan melalui magang mahasiswa dapat menjadi bentuk kolaborasi yang efektif antara perguruan tinggi dan instansi pemerintah dalam mendukung penguatan komunikasi publik berbasis digital.

The internship program is a form of practice-based learning that plays a crucial role in enhancing students’ skills and knowledge through real-world work experience, particularly in the field of credit union financial management. Through this program, students gain the opportunity to apply what they have learned in a real-world work setting, thereby strengthening technical skills such as financial administration, the use of financial systems, financial record-keeping, and customer service skills. In addition to technical skills, the internship program also plays a role in improving students’ non-technical abilities, such as communication skills, a sense of responsibility, discipline, work ethic and neatness, teamwork, punctuality, the ability to quickly grasp information, openness to learning new things, integrity and adherence to work ethics, as well as adaptability. Progress in these skills and knowledge is a key element in supporting the effectiveness of financial services, particularly within cooperative organizations like Credit Union Bonaventura, which focuses on member service. The effectiveness of financial services can be measured by the quality of service provided, including speed, accuracy, and the ability to meet members’ needs in a professional and responsive manner. Therefore, internship programs are not only beneficial for developing students’ skills but can also improve the quality of financial services for members. This demonstrates that the skills and knowledge students gain during their internships play a crucial role in delivering effective and high-quality services.

The purpose of conducting this community service (PkM) activity is as a form of implementing digital ministry in synergy between academics and GPdI Eben Heazer Karangpandan as well as JKI Maranata Matesih in Karanganyar Regency, Central Java. This activity, carried out in the digital era, aims to optimize digital media through the renungan.my.id platform as a means of independent evangelism and to improve the spiritual discipline of the local congregation. The main problem faced by both partners is the lack of productive smartphone utilization for faith growth and the limited access to practical daily Bible literacy materials. The method of implementing the activity is realized through the forms of material presentation (education), direct practice of operating website features, simulation of testimonial content distribution, and regular interactive discussions. Overall, the PkM activity received a positive and enthusiastic response from the pastors, youth commission committee, and all members of the local congregation, marked by an increase in technical understanding and spiritual commitment to cyber-based independent evangelism.

A type of education that provides students with the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in the workplace. It serves as a means for students to directly understand the implementation of public services focused on social protection, women, and children. The purpose of this article is to describe the implementation of student internships in public service delivery at the Bengkayang Regency Social and Empowerment and Child Protection Agency (DINSOSPPPA). The method used was a direct participatory approach, including observation, participatory mentoring, and observation during the internship. The results of the activities indicate that students contributed to office administration, data and archive analysis, information dissemination to the public, activity report preparation, and support for social program implementation. The curriculum not only helps increase employee productivity but also provides practical experience that enhances professional competence, communication, teamwork, and understanding of public services. The curriculum serves as a continuous link between universities and government institutions in efforts to improve the quality of human resources and services to the general public. The curriculum plays a crucial role as a bridge between the educational and professional worlds and as a way for students to contribute to the development of effective and responsive public services.

The activity was held in two sessions, on July 5 and July 12, 2026. Overall, the event proceeded successfully and received a positive response from the residents.

Internship programs are one of the experiential learning approaches designed to enhance students' competencies through direct involvement in the professional work environment. This study aims to analyze the role of internship programs in supporting the competency development of marketing concentration students assigned to the Finance and Accounting department. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The findings indicate that the internship program significantly contributes to improving students' competencies in terms of knowledge, technical skills, and professional attitudes. Although the participants have an academic background in marketing, they successfully developed competencies in financial administration, preparation of basic financial reports, document management, office application utilization, professional communication, and teamwork. Furthermore, the internship experience broadened students' understanding of the relationship between marketing functions and financial and accounting activities in supporting organizational operations. The internship program not only enhanced students' work readiness but also fostered adaptability, responsibility, discipline, and problem-solving abilities in a professional environment. Therefore, internship programs serve as an effective bridge between theoretical knowledge acquired in higher education and practical experience in the workplace, ultimately producing graduates with competencies that meet the demands of the business and industrial sectors.

PENDAMPINGAN ADMINISTRASI SEKOLAH SEBAGAI BENTUK PENGABDIAN MAHASISWA DI SMP BORNEO BENGKAYANG

Dalam pendamping administrasi sekolah salah satu cara mahasiswa berkontribusi dengan tujuan untuk membentuk kelancaran tugas administrasi di sekolah. Aktivitas ini dilakukan di SMP Borneo Bengkayang pada bagian administrasi untuk membantu pengelolaaan berbagai dokumen dan data administrasi sekolah. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui keterlibatan langsung mahasiswa dalam berbagai pekerjaan administrasi seperti pengarsipan dokumen, penataan berkas, pengelolaan surat-surat, serta membantu penyusunan dan pembaruhann data sekolah. Kegiatan ini merupakan kesempatan untuk mendapakan pengalaman praktis meningkatkan keterampilan di bidang administrasi serta memahami pelaksanaan pengelolaan administrasi di lingkungan pendidikan dengan demikian penamping administrasi sekolah dapat menjadi bentuk pengabdian yang bermanfaat bagi sekolah mapun mahasiswa.

IMPLEMENTASI STRATEGI PEMASARAN SEBAGAI UPAYA PENINGKATAN DAYA SAING UMKM KULINER: STUDI PENGABDIAN DI RUMAH MAKAN WK TIO

This study aims to analyze the implementation of marketing strategies as an effort to increase the competitiveness of culinary MSMEs, with an internship study at Rumah Makan Wk Tio. Culinary MSMEs face tight challenges in market competition, especially in terms of promotion, branding, and customer loyalty. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were obtained from field observations, interviews, and documentation during the internship at Rumah Makan Wk Tio. The results show that Rumah Makan Wk Tio has implemented several marketing strategies: 1) Product strategy by maintaining the distinctive taste of traditional cuisine, 2) Price strategy with competitive and affordable prices, 3) Place strategy through a strategic location and delivery services, 4) Promotion strategy through social media such as Instagram, TikTok, and cooperation with online motorcycle taxi services. The implementation of these strategies has proven to increase the number of customers, strengthen brand awareness, and enhance business competitiveness amid intense competition among culinary MSMEs. This study recommends strengthening digital marketing and service consistency for the sustainability of culinary MSMEs.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi strategi pemasaran sebagai upaya peningkatan daya saing UMKM kuliner, dengan studi pengabdian di Rumah Makan Wk Tio. UMKM kuliner menghadapi tantangan ketat dalam persaingan pasar, terutama dalam hal promosi, branding, dan loyalitas pelanggan. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh dari observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi selama kegiatan pengabdian di Rumah Makan Wk Tio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rumah Makan Wk Tio telah menerapkan beberapa strategi pemasaran yaitu: 1) Strategi produk dengan mempertahankan cita rasa khas masakan tradisional, 2) Strategi harga dengan harga kompetitif dan terjangkau, 3) Strategi tempat melalui lokasi strategis dan layanan pesan antar, 4) Strategi promosi melalui media sosial Instagram, TikTok, dan kerja sama dengan ojek online. Implementasi strategi tersebut terbukti mampu meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan, memperkuat kesadaran merek, dan meningkatkan daya saing usaha di tengah ketatnya persaingan UMKM kuliner. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan pemasaran digital dan konsistensi pelayanan untuk keberlanjutan usaha UMKM kuliner.

BIMBINGAN ROHANI DAN PEMBAGIAN SEMBAKO SEBAGAI MODEL PELAYANAN HOLISTIK BAGI MASYARAKAT PEDALAMAN KAMPUNG BOTAWA, KABUPATEN WAROPEN, PAPUA

Botawa Village is a remote village in Risei Sayati District, Waropen Regency, Papua, that is geographically difficult to access and far from public services and churches. This condition causes some residents to rarely attend worship, experience structural poverty, and live in substandard housing. This community service activity is aimed at providing holistic ministry that combines spiritual guidance with the distribution of basic food packages (sembako) for the people of Botawa Village. The method used was a field survey, literature study, and a participatory approach involving the Suara Kebenaran GBI COP community team. The activity was carried out in four stages: preparation, coordination with community leaders, implementation of spiritual guidance and food distribution, and evaluation. The results show increased resident participation in worship, improved understanding of biblical teaching, and personal testimonies of spiritual restoration. The distribution of basic food packages also helped meet the short-term food needs of underprivileged families. This activity demonstrates that ministry integrating spiritual and physical dimensions reaches remote communities more effectively than ministry addressing only one dimension. It is recommended that similar activities be conducted periodically and supported by more systematic needs mapping.

PENINGKATAN LITERASI INVESTASI MELALUI EDUKASI SECURITIES CROWDFUNDING SEBAGAI ALTERNATIF PENDANAAN DAN INVESTASI DI ERA DIGITAL

The rapid advancement of digital technology has transformed the financial sector, leading to the emergence of various innovations in the capital market that provide broader access to investment and financing opportunities. One of these innovations is Securities Crowdfunding (SCF), a fundraising mechanism that enables businesses to offer securities to the public through electronic platforms licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Despite its significant potential to enhance financial inclusion and expand funding access for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), public understanding of Securities Crowdfunding remains relatively limited. This community service program aimed to enhance investment literacy through education on Securities Crowdfunding as an alternative source of financing and investment in the digital era. The program was conducted through an educational seminar consisting of presentations, interactive discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. The topics covered included the fundamental concepts of Securities Crowdfunding, applicable regulations, investment mechanisms, potential benefits, investment risks, and its role as an alternative financing instrument for MSMEs. The results indicated that participants gained a better understanding of the characteristics of Securities Crowdfunding, investment procedures, and its contribution to supporting business growth. Furthermore, the activity increased participants’ awareness of the importance of investment literacy in responding to the rapid development of the digital financial industry. Therefore, Securities Crowdfunding education can serve as an effective approach to improving public investment literacy while encouraging the utilization of inclusive, transparent, and accessible capital market instruments.

PROGRAM PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI AUDIT MELALUI PELATIHAN PENYUSUNAN WORKING PAPER BAGI MAHASISWA MAGANG DI KANTOR AKUNTAN PUBLIK

Kampus Berdampak Program, part of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka policy, provides opportunities for university students to develop professional competencies through internship activities in the workplace. This article documents a community service program implemented through an internship by three students of the Accounting Study Program at Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi at the Public Accounting Firm Gideon Adi dan Rekan. The primary objective of the activity was to enhance audit competencies, particularly the ability to prepare audit working papers in a correct, well-documented manner that conforms to the Indonesian Professional Accountant Standards and International Standard on Auditing 230. The implementation method was a PKM Socialization program combining three elements: direction and direct demonstration from the UNPAB field supervisor lecturer on how to prepare proper working papers in an audit, mentoring by the partner namely a senior auditor at the Public Accounting Firm Gideon Adi dan Rekan, and student involvement in real audit assignments. The evaluation was entirely process-based through work observation by the partner and lecturer, review of working paper portfolios, and reflection on internship experiences. Results showed that the three students acquired knowledge about audit documentation regulations, working paper structure, and the principles of SPAP and ISA 230, while simultaneously gaining technical audit skills such as vouching, tracing, verification, and the preparation of current files and permanent files. The activity recommends replicating the model in other partner public accounting firms with strengthened coordination between higher education institutions and public accounting firms.

Economic growth is supported by the community's level of financial literacy. A well-literate society is more easily able to understand and comprehend the intricacies of the financial services sector, which ultimately will optimally utilize financial products and services to improve welfare and protect themselves from potential losses due to crime in the financial sector. Individuals, including students, are required to have adequate financial literacy to be able to participate in the financial sector and have access to financial services. The purpose of community service activities is to educate the Terentang Student Association in financial literacy and support government efforts to increase the capacity of the Terentang Student Association. Financial literacy outreach activities carried out in collaboration with the Terentang Student Association have proven effective in improving participants' financial understanding, behavior, and attitudes.

The internship program is an integral part of the learning process that provides students with practical work experience relevant to their field of study. This article aims to describe the implementation of the internship program in supporting the effectiveness of Back Office operations at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Bengkayang. The study employed a descriptive method through direct workplace practice, involving students in various Back Office operational activities, including Customer Information File (CIF) data entry, collateral registration and document management, BRIMEN administration, ASMIK (insurance) administration, customer service, and cash verification. The results indicate that the internship program contributed to smoother administrative operations, improved accuracy in data and document management, and enhanced the effectiveness of customer service. In addition, the internship enabled students to develop administrative, communication, accuracy, and responsibility skills while adapting to a professional working environment. Therefore, the internship program provides valuable benefits for both the institution and students by supporting effective Back Office operations and strengthening students' professional competencies.

Program magang merupakan salah satu bentuk implementasi konsep link and match yang bertujuan untuk menyelaraskan kompetensi yang diperoleh mahasiswa selama perkuliahan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi link and match antara pendidikan tinggi dan dunia kerja melalui program magang di divisi finance dan accounting Gaia Bumi Raya City Mall, PT Bumiraya Ritel Indonesia di bawah naungan Bumi Raya Utama Group. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui praktik kerja langsung yang melibatkan berbagai kegiatan administrasi dan pengelolaan data keuangan. Hasil kegiatan magang menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan yang diperoleh dalam perkuliahan, khususnya mengenai akuntansi, manajemen keuangan, bank dan lembaga keuangan, serta pasar uang dan pasar modal, dapat dipahami dan diterapkan secara lebih nyata dalam lingkungan kerja. Kemampuan penggunaan microsoft exce yang diperoleh selama perkuliahan juga dapat mendukung pelaksanaan berbagai tugas administrasi dan pengolahan data keuangan perusahaan. Selain, dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap proses administrasi dan keuangan perusahaan, kegiatan magang juga mengembangkan kompetensi profesional seperti ketelitian, tanggung jawab, disiplin, komunikasi, ketangguhan, dan kemampuan beradaptasi pada lingkungan kerja. Oleh kerena itu, program magang berperan sebagai jembatan yang efektif antara teori akademik dan praktik profesional di bidang finance dan accounting.

An internship program is a learning approach that holistically integrates theoretical knowledge from lectures with practical experience in a real-world work environment. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the internship program on the development of teller operational competencies and the formation of work ethics at the Mura Kopa Credit Union (CU) Sungai Dangin Branch Office. The operational competencies studied focus on the daily technical abilities of tellers such as savings administration, fund withdrawals, interest calculations, and credit file handling. Meanwhile, the work ethics aspect emphasizes discipline, integrity, and service professionalism. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through participatory observation, interviews, and analysis of daily activity documentation. This study shows that the integration of theory and practice through this program has proven effective in increasing the work readiness of participants. Direct involvement in the CU Mura Kopa work ecosystem not only accelerates the mastery of technical Micro banking skills but also successfully internalizes strong work ethics values. This study concludes that synchronization between the academic world and the world of work through internships has a significant impact on improving the quality of ready-to-use human resources.

This article aims to describe the implementation of a student internship program in supporting the strengthening of administrative governance at PT Prakarsa Tani Sejati. The method used was a descriptive approach through direct involvement in various administrative activities whitin the company. The activities included document archiving, correspondence administration, document digitization, data processing, and report preparation. The results showed that the internship programs contributed to improving document organization, facilitating access to informtion, and enhancing the effectiveness of administrative management. The internship program is an educational strategy to integrate theory with practice in the industrial world. The internship activity at Phintraco Sekuritas Pontianak aims to develop students' technical and non-technical skills. Based on the implementation of the internship, students acquired technical skills such as creating activity letters, drafting proposals for fund assistance requests from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), designing posters, as well as understanding stocks and technical analysis. Furthermore, soft skills such as discipline, effective communication, creativity, and teamwork also experienced significant improvement. Educational activities for the younger generation about capital market investment are also an important part of this internship. Thus, the internship at Phintraco Sekuritas Pontianak becomes valuable preparation for students in facing the real world of work.

PENINGKATAN LITERASI KEUANGAN MELALUI EDUKASI MENABUNG SEJAK DINI PADA ANAK-ANAK RUMAH PENYULUHAN KREATIF JAKARTA SELATAN

Financial literacy is a fundamental competency that should be introduced from an early age to foster responsible and sustainable financial behavior. However, many children still have limited understanding of basic financial management, particularly regarding the importance of saving. This condition presents a challenge in developing future generations who are capable of making sound financial decisions and planning for their future needs. This community service activity aimed to improve children's financial literacy through early-age saving education at Rumah Penyuluhan Kreatif, South Jakarta. The program was conducted on August 31, 2025, involving 25 participants aged 7–10 years. The methods employed included educational presentations on the importance of saving, interactive discussions, educational games, and practical activities in which participants wrote their future aspirations on piggy banks as motivation to save. The results indicated that participants gained a better understanding of the benefits of saving, the importance of setting aside money for future needs, and demonstrated high enthusiasm throughout the activities. In addition to improving participants’ knowledge of basic financial management, the program also contributed to the development of discipline, responsibility, and future-oriented thinking. This community service activity aimed to enhance the capabilities of Ibu Lela’s breakfast MSME in preparing cash books, income statements, and cash flow statements based on production cost management. The methods employed included outreach sessions and direct mentoring. The results indicate that the mentoring improved understanding regarding daily cash recording, the categorization of raw material and supply costs, and the preparation of simple income and cash flow statements. However, a comprehensive assessment of the MSME's financial status remains impossible due to the absence of financial records.

Program magang di Kantor Graha Sujaya Singkawang bertujuan memberikan pengalaman kerja nyata kepada mahasiswa dalam bidang administrasi dan pelayanan perkantoran. Selama kegiatan magang, mahasiswa terlibat dalam pencatatan surat masuk, pengarsipan dokumen, pemeriksaan berkas administrasi, rekapitulasi data kepegawaian, pencatatan nota bukti penerimaan barang di bagian accounting, serta membantu proses rekrutmen karyawan. Selain itu, mahasiswa juga melakukan input data transaksi harian dan pelayanan administrasi lainnya. Kegiatan ini memberikan pemahaman mengenai sistem kerja pada bagian Resepsionis, Human Resources Development (HRD) dan Accounting serta meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, ketelitian, komunikasi, dan tanggung jawab. Hasil magang menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja langsung dapat membantu mahasiswa beradaptasi dengan lingkungan kerja profesional dan mempersiapkan diri menghadapi dunia kerja.
