However, many children still have limited understanding of basic financial management, particularly regarding the importance of saving. This condition presents a challenge in developing future generations who are capable of making sound financial decisions and planning for their future needs. This community service activity aimed to improve children's financial literacy through early-age saving education at Rumah Penyuluhan Kreatif, South Jakarta. The program was conducted on August 31, 2025, involving 25 participants aged 7–10 years. The methods employed included educational presentations on the importance of saving, interactive discussions, educational games, and practical activities in which participants wrote their future aspirations on piggy banks as motivation to save. The results indicated that participants gained a better understanding of the benefits of saving, the importance of setting aside money for future needs, and demonstrated high enthusiasm throughout the activities. In addition to improving participants’ knowledge of basic financial management, the program also contributed to the development of discipline, responsibility, and future-oriented thinking. Selama kegiatan magang, mahasiswa terlibat dalam pencatatan surat masuk, pengarsipan dokumen, pemeriksaan berkas administrasi, rekapitulasi data kepegawaian, pencatatan nota bukti penerimaan barang di bagian accounting, serta membantu proses rekrutmen karyawan. Selain itu, mahasiswa juga melakukan input data transaksi harian dan pelayanan administrasi lainnya. Kegiatan ini memberikan pemahaman mengenai sistem kerja pada bagian Resepsionis, Human Resources Development (HRD) dan Accounting serta meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, ketelitian, komunikasi, dan tanggung jawab. Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Bengkayang telah menggunakan media sosial untuk menyampaikan berbagai informasi kepada masyarakat, namun masih menghadapi beberapa kendala, seperti belum tersusunnya jadwal publikasi konten secara konsisten, keterbatasan ide konten kreatif, serta keterbatasan perangkat lunak pendukung pengelolaan media sosial. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendukung optimalisasi pengelolaan media sosial melalui program magang mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang dilaksanakan melalui tahapan identifikasi masalah, perencanaan, pelaksanaan pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama satu bulan dengan melibatkan mahasiswa dalam dokumentasi kegiatan, penyusunan konten, penulisan caption, peliputan, dan publikasi informasi digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengelolaan media sosial instansi. Konten yang dipublikasikan menjadi lebih terstruktur, tampilan informasi lebih menarik, serta mulai memperoleh respons dan interaksi dari masyarakat. Selain memberikan manfaat bagi instansi dalam meningkatkan kualitas penyebaran informasi publik, kegiatan ini juga memberikan pengalaman praktis bagi mahasiswa dalam bidang komunikasi digital dan pengelolaan media sosial. It serves as a means for students to directly understand the implementation of public services focused on social protection, women, and children. The purpose of this article is to describe the implementation of student internships in public service delivery at the Bengkayang Regency Social and Empowerment and Child Protection Agency (DINSOSPPPA). The method used was a direct participatory approach, including observation, participatory mentoring, and observation during the internship. The results of the activities indicate that students contributed to office administration, data and archive analysis, information dissemination to the public, activity report preparation, and support for social program implementation. The curriculum not only helps increase employee productivity but also provides practical experience that enhances professional competence, communication, teamwork, and understanding of public services. The curriculum serves as a continuous link between universities and government institutions in efforts to improve the quality of human resources and services to the general public. This condition causes some residents to rarely attend worship, experience structural poverty, and live in substandard housing. This community service activity is aimed at providing holistic ministry that combines spiritual guidance with the distribution of basic food packages (sembako) for the people of Botawa Village. The method used was a field survey, literature study, and a participatory approach involving the Suara Kebenaran GBI COP community team. The activity was carried out in four stages: preparation, coordination with community leaders, implementation of spiritual guidance and food distribution, and evaluation. The results show increased resident participation in worship, improved understanding of biblical teaching, and personal testimonies of spiritual restoration. The distribution of basic food packages also helped meet the short-term food needs of underprivileged families. This activity demonstrates that ministry integrating spiritual and physical dimensions reaches remote communities more effectively than ministry addressing only one dimension. One of these innovations is Securities Crowdfunding (SCF), a fundraising mechanism that enables businesses to offer securities to the public through electronic platforms licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Despite its significant potential to enhance financial inclusion and expand funding access for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), public understanding of Securities Crowdfunding remains relatively limited. This community service program aimed to enhance investment literacy through education on Securities Crowdfunding as an alternative source of financing and investment in the digital era. The program was conducted through an educational seminar consisting of presentations, interactive discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. The topics covered included the fundamental concepts of Securities Crowdfunding, applicable regulations, investment mechanisms, potential benefits, investment risks, and its role as an alternative financing instrument for MSMEs. The results indicated that participants gained a better understanding of the characteristics of Securities Crowdfunding, investment procedures, and its contribution to supporting business growth. Furthermore, the activity increased participants’ awareness of the importance of investment literacy in responding to the rapid development of the digital financial industry. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi link and match antara pendidikan tinggi dan dunia kerja melalui program magang di divisi finance dan accounting Gaia Bumi Raya City Mall, PT Bumiraya Ritel Indonesia di bawah naungan Bumi Raya Utama Group. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui praktik kerja langsung yang melibatkan berbagai kegiatan administrasi dan pengelolaan data keuangan. Hasil kegiatan magang menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan yang diperoleh dalam perkuliahan, khususnya mengenai akuntansi, manajemen keuangan, bank dan lembaga keuangan, serta pasar uang dan pasar modal, dapat dipahami dan diterapkan secara lebih nyata dalam lingkungan kerja. Kemampuan penggunaan microsoft exce yang diperoleh selama perkuliahan juga dapat mendukung pelaksanaan berbagai tugas administrasi dan pengolahan data keuangan perusahaan. This article aims to describe the implementation of a student internship program in supporting the strengthening of administrative governance at PT Prakarsa Tani Sejati. The method used was a descriptive approach through direct involvement in various administrative activities whitin the company. The activities included document archiving, correspondence administration, document digitization, data processing, and report preparation. The results showed that the internship programs contributed to improving document organization, facilitating access to informtion, and enhancing the effectiveness of administrative management.
