Meningkatkan Motivasi Instrinsik dalam Menumbuhkan Semangat Belajar Siswa

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine Increasing Intrinsic Motivation in Cultivating Students' Enthusiasm for Learning. In this paper, the author uses a qualitative method through a literature study approach by collecting references on increasing intrinsic learning motivation in cultivating students' enthusiasm for learning. The results of the study showed that motivation is an encouragement, desire and also a stimulus that is used as the basis for someone to do something in order to achieve a certain goal or expectation. Motivation plays an important role in learning. Every student must have the motivation to learn so that the results can be achieved as expected. The key to a student's success and enthusiasm for learning requires encouragement that comes from within the student.
